
This journal entry is a timeline of events as they occurred during the dates of September 23, 2023-September 27, 2023. This entry is the beginning of a sequence of events that occur over MONTHS that DO NOT MAKE SENSE. So much so that I had to document things that were happening because of the INSANE amount of Gaslighting my Anchor Face of Death and my ExBFF – the Tobias Funke of therapists began to impart onto me.
I needed to make sure that I was NOT losing my mind as they would try FOR MONTHS to make me and everyone else in our lives believe. My therapist also suggested that I do this because she wanted me to know that I COULD TRUST MYSELF just as she TRUSTED ME as I told her of the events that were occurring in my life during our weekly sessions.
I will be releasing a new Podcast Episode tomorrow for “Midlife Misery, the Journals” – Entitled “Malice in WIFILAND” where I describe a brief history of the tension with the downstairs neighbors that will set off the chain of events that lead to my involuntary psychiatric hold/5150 in February. – Wifi goes out in the AM shortly after AFD leaves for work – around 9AM – I immediately make a call to our wifi provider
9:30 – 10 AM – my initial call to the WIFI PROVIDER
During the call the WIFI REPRESENTATIVE sends a signal to my apartment – I hear nothing in my apartment – but I hear it in the downstairs apartment directly below in from the room I was standing in. I tell the WIFI REPRESENTATIVE – he asks me if I heard the long beep – I tell him yes, but it sounds like it’s coming from the apartment downstairs and it is definitely not coming from mine. He tells me he doesn’t see a signal going into mine and will create a ticket to send a technician out ASAP.
During my phone conversation with the WIFI REPRESENTATIVE – I observed one of the maintenance men for our building – he was standing on the roof of the the apartment block across from ours and he was standing still and looking directly into the apartment below mine – he was doing this during the entire conversation and while the WIFI REPRESENTATIVE WAS SENDING THE SIGNALS
The wife of SGT/PPT – was still home and that was VERY UNCHARACTERISTIC because it was after 9AM – she usually leaves for work around 8AM
WIFI PROVIDER – sends a text to confirm they are sending a technician to fix the issue – they are scheduled to arrive 9/23/2023 between 8AM and 1PM
September 23, 2023
8:00 AM – The WIFI PROVIDERS TECHNICIAN arrived at our apartment promptly at 8AM SHARP
AFD takes our 3 dogs and goes into the PRIMARY BEDROOM to keep them out of the way so the WIFI TECHNICIAN can work on the issue in the spare/guest bedroom
While the WIFI TECHNICIAN is in the apartment – he sends a signal – he looks confused –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN he advises me that he is not seeing the signal registering in our apartment but he can see that it is going into the apartment downstairs
The WIFI TECHNICIAN checks the connection that goes into the main large black box they provided during the installation and tells me everything looks good – he will need to leave the property to check the connection from another location
The WIFI TECHNICIAN then leaves the property to check another location – I think he mentioned it was the main source of signals for the WIFI PROVIDER for our specific area – he is gone for about 30/45 minutes
When the WIFI TECHNICIAN returns – he seemed confused and mentioned – again – that the apartment directly below ours has a signal – he has verified it TWICE NOW AND CAN VISIBLY SEE IT WITH HIS EQUIPMENT –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN tells me it doesn’t make any sense.
He then begins to inspect the FiberOptic chord further and pulls on it – once he pulls on it it comes out of the wall –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN discovers that OUR FIBEROPTIC CHORD HAS BEEN CUT –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN also discovers that another chord – the FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD FOR THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS – HAD BEEN routed through our apartment –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN observes that the 2nd FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD – the one FOR THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS had ALSO been cut – and it was obvious to him that that chord had been cut for “some time” UNLIKE THE FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD FOR OUR APARTMENT – IT WAS OBVIOUS TO HIM THAT OUR FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD WAS RECENTLY CUT
The WIFI TECHNICIAN tells me again, that it doesn’t make sense that there is a signal going into the downstairs apartment
The WIFI TECHNICIAN then, goes downstairs to SGT & PPT’s apartment to knock on their door.
Their door is open with the security screen door closed – I can tell because I can hear him knocking several times and yelling “Hello, WIFI PROVIDER” into their apartment and their dog begins to bark and it is loud because he is barking through the security screen door
The WIFI TECHNICIAN returns upstairs to our apartment shortly after
The WIFI TECHNICIAN explains to me that he can tell SGT & PPT are home but they did not answer
The WIFI TECHNICIAN explains he will need to go out to his vehicle and grab some tools to further investigate the issues in our apartment and make a call to his main office – he will back back up in about 10 minutes
I go into the bedroom to check on the dogs and speak to AFD and let him know what the situation is –
AFD mentions to me that he heard some of the commotion and observed/heard SGT & PPT talking downstairs from their bedroom directly below ours – AFD tells me he knows they are home – He said – “I know they’re home because I heard PPT ask SGT – “why would he come and knock on our door?” – But they began to whisper after she asked the question and my spouse was unable to hear any more of their conversation.
The WIFI TECHNICIAN returns to our apartment to work on the issue with the cut FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD in the spare bedroom, he works for over 30 minutes and then stops
The WIFI TECHNICIAN then, explains to me that he will be unable to fix/restore our WIFI connection that day because our FiberOptic Supply chord had been cut “too short” and will need to be re-spliced.
The WIFI TECHNICIAN informs me that in order to re-splice our FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD he will need to cut a hole into our ceiling so that he can retrieve more of the main FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD to give him more slack and make it available to splice.
The WIFI TECHNICIAN advises me to get permission from our apartment manager to cut the hole in the ceiling and also asked me to let them know that the wiring – the fact that we had the FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORDS FOR BOTH APARTMENTS – OURS AND THE APARTMENT DIRECTLY DOWNSTAIRS – ROUTED THROUGH OUR APARTMENT – did not look right to him and the WIFI TECHNICIAN wants us to mention to the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER and let them know they need to look into it –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN tells me to EXPLAIN TO THE APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER what he observed and has confirmed that THERE IS CLEARLY A SIGNAL GOING DOWNSTAIRS – HOWEVER – SINCE BOTH FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORDS HAVE BEEN CUT – IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE.
The WIFI TECHNICIAN also asks me to EXPLAIN TO THE APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER THAT THE FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY CHORD FOR THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING THROUGH OUR APARTMENT – LET ALONE HANGING LOOSE FROM OUR CEILING AS HE OBSERVED IT – THE WIFI TECHNICIAN WANTED ME TO EXPLAIN THAT HE HAS TOLD ME/US THAT IT IS CONCERNING – IT DIDN’T MAKE SENSE AND WAS PROBLEMATIC –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN ALSO ADVISED ME TO LET THE APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT KNOW THAT THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE IT (THE WIRING) AND ALSO TO LET THEM KNOW THAT HE ATTEMPTED TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO SPEAK WITH THE TENANTS IN THE APARTMENT DIRECTLY BELOW OURS BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER THEIR DOOR
The WIFI TECHNICIAN also tells me to ASK THE APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER TO “re-wire the loose FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY WIRE – for the apartment downstairs- back into the wall so that IT RUNS DOWNSTAIRS AND “INTO THEIR APARTMENT ONLY”
The WIFI TECHNICIAN then re-iterates “YOU NEED TO LET THE MANAGEMENT KNOW THAT THE WIRING IS SUSPICIOUS AND NEEDS TO BE FURTHER EXAMINED – ESPECIALLY SINCE I CAN SEE OUR (meaning their companies) ACTIVE SIGNAL IS REGISTERING DOWNSTAIRS IN THEIR APARTMENT” –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN also checks to make sure I have his direct number – he asks me the check the text message I received earlier notifying me that he was “on the way” – I check my phone and read the number back to him and the WIFI TECHNICIAN CONFIRMS THAT IS HIS DIRECT CELL PHONE NUMBER and to make sure I have it in case there are any issues or delays when I make the request for a WIFI TECHNICIAN TO COME BACK OUT TO THE APARTMENT
My spouse hears the WIFI TECHNICIAN as he communicates all of the information to me about the requests and information to relay to the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT –
My Spouse comes out of the primary bedroom as soon as the WIFI TECHNICIAN is getting ready to leave our apartment – My spouse catches up to us at the door and tells him thank you for his help.
My spouse then tells me he heard everything and that he is furious that SGT is still fucking with our WIFI and tells me that he wants to be the one to go directly the apartment property manager to request the approval for cutting the hole into the ceiling and to also tell them that SGT is hacking into our wifi.
Given the long and dramatic history we have had with SGT – I request that my spouse wait until Monday – (the property manager lives on site, downstairs next door to SGT) – I didn’t want to bother them on a weekend and I can live without the WIFI and since my spouse would be working all weekend I was hoping he would be ok with waiting. My spouse obliged and told me he would go downstairs and knock on their door to speak with them FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING
I look at my phone and notice that at 9:34AM – I received a text from the WIFI PROVIDER advising me that the tech was on the way – which was little weird beach the technician was already in our home and had been there since 8AM – I obviously didn’t respond because it was well past the time and we had already had the WIFI TECHNICIAN IN OUR HOME
Shortly after the WIFI TECHNICIAN LEAVES OUR HOME – I receive another text from the WIFI PROVIDER advising that the “appointment for service had been changed to 9/23/23 between 1pm & 5pm” –
I respond with CHANGE – because we hadn’t contacted APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER yet – to get approval for the WIFI TECHNICIAN’S request to cut a hole in the ceiling (assuming it was an update from the earlier visit we received from the technician that was unable to restore our service that morning) – no response was received from the WIFI PROVIDER
4:29 PM I received another text from the “wifi provider” advising the tech was on the way – one never arrived and I did not respond
September 25, 2023
IN THE MORNING – Since my spouse wanted to be the one to reach out to the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER to get the approval for cutting the hole in the ceiling and also wanted to speak with them about the downstairs neighbor hacking into our wifi
MY SPOUSE WENT downstairs the the PROPERTY MANAGER’S APARTMENT and approached them in person –
My Spouse came came back up to our apartment, a short time later and he was very upset –
According to my spouse – The APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER told my spouse that they would have to “think about it” – the approval to cut the hole into the ceiling
According to my spouse – The APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER told my spouse that they “didn’t want to get involved in the escalating tension between our 2 apartments.”
According to my spouse – The APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER’s response to my spouse’s claims that SGT & PPT were hacking into our wifi was, “he(SGT) makes too much money to steal from his neighbors. He(SGT) owns the auto shop around the corner.”
(NOT TRUE – ” the “auto shop around the corner” HAS BEEN A PRETTY LARGE AND SIGNIFICANT STAPLE IN MY HOMETOWN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I HAVE GOTTEN SEVERAL VEHICLES FIXED/WORKED ON THERE. IT HAS EXISTED SINCE THE LATE 1970’s and has been FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED THE ENTIRE TIME AND STILL IS. FURTHERMORE – A SIMPLE GLANCE AT THE “Auto Shop Around the Corner’s” website ACCURATELY REFLECTS SGT’S current position within the company as “SERVICE ASSOCIATE/SERVICE MANAGER” – and DOES NOT SHOW HIM AS A LISTED OWENR OR HAVING OWNERSHIP OF ANY KIND)

According to my spouse – The APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER then REITERATED TO MY SPOUSE that they did not want to get involved in the “NEIGHBOR DRAMA”.
According to my spouse – The APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER then advised my spouse that they would let him know the answer to his request for cutting a hole into the ceiling “tomorrow”(Tuesday, September 26, 2023)
I did not witness or hear any of my spouse’s interaction with the apartment manager – I was in another room doing laundry
I understood why my spouse was frustrated and tried to brush it off by telling him at least the lack of WIFI would force us to go out and do something to get us away from the tension that had begun to escalate from SGT & PPT once our WIFI service went out and throughout the weekend after the WIFI TECHNICIAN CAME OUT TO OUR APARTMENT. It had gotten so bad my spouse’s co-workers had already given the situation a name – WIFIGATE – like Watergate – how cute huh?
ACCORDING TO MY SPOUSE – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER SEEMED TO FLIP FLOP BACK AND FORTH FROM BEING SUPPORTIVE AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE ISSUES WE HAVE HAD WITH THE DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT AND SGT FOR OVER 3 YEARS.
According to my spouse – whenever he went down to speak to the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER IN PERSON – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER would always downplay the incident to my spouse
According to my spouse – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER always seemed to “blame it on your emotional overreaction” (YOUR being ME/LAUNA/THE WIFE)
According to my spouse – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER would ALWAYS RESPOND BY telling my spouse that “he(SGT) is a really nice guy, he’s very helpful to everyone here (meaning the other residents) and offers to fix their vehicles at a discount when he can.”
The Apartment manager also told my spouse that that “SGT has even fixed our families cars when their daughter has CRASHED IT NUMEROUS TIMES – almost for free. It would be great if you guys could learn to get along”.
I listened to my spouse vent – this wasn’t news to me – I was FULLY AWARE OF WHAT THE APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER’S opinions about the “drama” between our apartments was – THAT IT WAS ALL ME AND ONLY ME AND THAT MY SPOUSE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BUT WAS SIMPLY PLACATING ME – THE EMOTIONAL/IRRATIONAL – WIFE – IT WASN’T UNTIL FEBRUARY THAT I REALIZED HE WAS PROBABLY TELLING HER THAT I WAS MENTALLY ILL – GO figure.
After my spouses conversation with the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER – He went outside to have a cigarette
When my spouse returned back to our apartment after his cigarette – my spouse informed me me that 2 of the maintenance men (one of them being the same one that was standing on the roof during my initial call with the WIFI PROVIDER on 9/22/2023)
According to my spouse – these 2 maintenance men called my spouse over to where they were standing and they asked my spouse if we were having Wifi issues –
According to my spouse – my spouse said yes and asked the 2 maintenance men why they were asking
According to my spouse – the 2 maintenance men told my spouse that they were suspicious about SGT hacking into our WIFI
According to my spouse – the 2 maintenance men told told him they had observed an “ILLEGAL BLACKBOX” IN SGT’S apartment – many times – when they had been in there to make a repair and for annual inspections of smoke alarms, etc. (an “illegal blackbox” is typically a router that has been HEAVILY modified and used by hackers – look up Pineapple device)
According to my spouse – he asked the 2 maintenance men what – SPECIFICALLY – they were talking about when they said an “illegal blackbox” –
According to my spouse – the 2 maintenance men responded and told him that it is something that looks like a normal router but with additions (search the internet for Pineapple router) that are not legal –
According to my spouse – the 2 maintenance men then advised my spouse that they had observed some “weird” electrical wiring in the apartment that SGT had done himself and had not gotten approval for.
According to my spouse – the 2 maintenance men then advised my spouse that they did not say anything or report it to APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER because they did not want to get in trouble for going over the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER’S head –
According to my spouse – the 2 maintenance men then advised my spouse the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER was well aware of everything in SGT’s apartment and had not brought it to the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER’S attention
After my spouse communicated all of this to me – he was even more frustrated and then went and took a shower –
While my spouse was taking a shower I could hear the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER having a conversation with all 3 of the maintenance men – including the maintenance manager – but I didn’t pay much attention to what they were saying. It went on for almost 30 minutes.
Not long after that conversation ended – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER reached out to my spouse – they called my spouse and told my spouse they were sending the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER up to our apartment to cut the hole in the ceiling that we had requested – in order for the WIFI PROVIDER’S TECHNICIAN to come back AND re-splice the FiberOptic cable and restore our internet service.
The APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER and one of the maintenance men (not the one that stood on the roof the day before) came up the our apartment shortly after and spent a couple hours working – cutting the hole, etc. –
My spouse left for work not long after they arrived – BUT before he left – he and I had a conversation with the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER – TOGETHER AND we told APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER what the WIFI TECHNICIAN had requested – and we explained to the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER what the WIFI TECHNICIAN HAD TOLD US ABOUT HIS CONCERNS REGARDING the signal and the wiring in our apartment.
The APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER immediately responded TO BOTH MY SPOUSE AND I – and said that SGT and PPT “SWEAR – they do not have the same WIFI PROVIDER as YOU(meaning me and my spouse) and they never have.”
We told APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER that the WIFI TECHNICIAN WAS ADAMANT THEY MUST HAVE BECAUSE HE OBSERVED AN ACTIVE WIFI SIGNAL FROM THEIR COMPANY SIGNAL – DOWNSTAIRS IN THE APARTMENT BELOW.
We also told APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER that the WIFI TECHNICIAN had requested that the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE TEAM – RE-ROUTE THE 2ND FIBEROPTIC WIRE – the loose wire STILL HANGING IN OUR APARTMENT – FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY WIRE FOR THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS – AND ROUTE IT BACK DOWN INTO THE APARTMENT BELOW OURS SO THAT THEY COULD USE IT AND ENSURE NO FUTURE PROBLEMS WITH DIFFERENT TENANTS.
The APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER – simply responded with – “the neighbors downstairs (SGT/PPT) don’t have the same WIFI PROVIDER AS YOU, but I can double check after the repair is made and I come back to patch up the hole again.”
My husband left for work soon after this interaction with the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER and I stayed while he cut the hole.
The APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER made sure to show me BOTH FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY LINES – THE ONE FOR OUR APARTMENT AND THE ONE FOR THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS – AND CONFIRMED THAT THEY WERE BOTH CUT AND MADE SURE TO INFORM ME THAT IT “was impossible for them to have WIFI from the supply if their wire is cut like this.” – I just listened and thanked him for showing it to me – but I was beginning to become a little suspicious about this ENTIRE SITUATION
The APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER also made sure to show me BOTH FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY LINES – and IDENTIFIED THE LINE SPECIFICALLY TIED TO MY APARTMENT AND ADVISED ME THAT HE WAS CUTTING THE HOLE IN THE CEILING LARGE ENOUGH TO GIVE THE WIFI TECHNICIAN ENOUGH SLACK TO RE-SPLICE THE WIRE.
After the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER cut the hole in our ceiling and left our apartment – I tried to reach out to the WIFI PROVIDER
I had a VERY DIFFICULT time getting A HOLD OF ANYONE AT THE WIFI PROVIDER – I was having trouble getting any of my requests like – speaking to a representative to reschedule our appointment – to stop circling back to the main menu
When I finally did get to speak with someone at the WIFI PROVIDER – the WIFI PROVIDER’S REPRESENTATIVE told me I may have to wait another week to get another WIFI TECHNICIAN out to our apartment – I asked him to please escalate the request if possible because the issue was not our fault and we would be going on 3 weeks without WIFI by that time.
WIFI PROVIDER’S REPRESENTATIVE told me they would “do the best they could” and gave me a confirmation number.
I kept calling the WIFI PROVIDER back – hoping I would – perhaps – find a more helpful representative. I finally spoke with a WIFI PROVIDER’S REPRESENTATIVE – this person told me that if I had the number of the WIFI TECHNICIAN that initially came out to our home on 9/22/2023 – To try and contact that WIFI TECHNICIAN directly and it would probably be easier to have him come out sooner – but he also scheduled a new appointment for a “technician” to come out on 9/27/2023 between 1pm & 5pm and sent me a text confirmation.
After I got off the phone I immediately reached out the original technician that came on Saturday morning and told him that the hole had been cut in the ceiling and the wire was ready to be re-spliced.
The WIFI TECHNICIAN said he would be able to come out the next day.
The WIFI TECHNICIAN also asked me if the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER had anyone look at the wiring he was concerned about and how it looked in the apartment downstairs –
I told the the WIFI TECHNICIAN what the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER told me and my spouse – that the downstairs neighbors don’t currently use that companies WIFI SERVICE and never have –
So the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER did NOT investigate it AT ALL
The WIFI TECHNICIAN acted a little weird about the response, and once again the WIFI TECHNICIAN – told me that he – IS POSITIVE THE companies WIFI SIGNAL IS ACTIVE AND REGISTERING in the apartment directly downstairs from ours
The WIFI TECHNICIAN reiterated that “it didn’t make sense – if they don’t have their service they wouldn’t have a signal” –
I just told the WIFI TECHNICIAN that, according to the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE MANGER – they “aren’t concerned about it and they have already spoken with the tenants in the downstairs apartment about it and there is not much more I can do.”
September 26, 2023
The same WIFI TECHNICIAN that worked on the connection on September 23, 2023 – returned to our apartment and was able to re-splice the FIBEROPTIC SUPPLY chord in our apartment
The WIFI TECHNICIAN upgraded our modem and gave us an Eero and helped me set it up.
Once the Eero was connected, he and I observed that there was a device that was already attached/connected to our WIFI –
I told the WIFI TECHNICIAN that none of our devices were plugged in and showed the WIFI TECHNICIAN that my phone did not have the WIFI turned on and asked him if that was one of the WIFI PROVIDER’S devices
The WIFI TECHNICIAN he looked confused and said no – he asked me “are you sure non of your devices are on?” I told him that I was 100% positive – and reminded the WIFI TECHNICIAN that I had just changed the WIFI password during set up – he confirmed and mentioned that it seemed weird that a device is connected – and then the WIFI TECHNICIAN showed me how to block/disable the device in the app –
The WIFI TECHNICIAN said that should “take care of the problem” and assured me that is the best defense against unwanted people and devices connecting to our WIFI
The WIFI TECHNICIAN also mentioned that since the APARTMENT MANAGEMENT DECLINED TO INVESTIGATE anything IN RESPONSE TO HIS REQUEST AND CONCERNS ABOUT THE FiberOptic wiring and the signal REGISTERING IN THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS – that was the best solution he could offer
After the WIFI TECHNICIAN left I responded to the appointment text – I had received earlier – the one confirming the appointment scheduled for 9/27/2023 – with FIXED to indicate we no longer needed to keep the appointment
September 27, 2023
12:30pm – A new/different WIFI TECHNICIAN shows up to our apartment – my Spouse answers the door and tells him that we were ok – we had already had a WIFI TECHNICIAN OUT TO OUR APARTMENT EARLIER that week and they had come back and finished the repair the day before.
I DID NOT witness the initial interaction because I was in the shower but I did hear some type of interaction going on outside the apartment –
Per my spouse – the 2ND WIFI TECHNICIAN was VERY RUDE/AGGRESSIVE AND INSISTENT that he NEEDED TO ENTER OUR APARTMENT –
My spouse stood his ground and walked outside of the apartment to continue to advise 2ND WIFI TECHNICIAN that we had already had a WIFI TECHNICIAN in OUR apartment a couple times that week and our service had been restored the day before.
By this time I was out of the shower and I could tell the interaction was “tense” –
According to my spouse – the 2ND WIFI TECHNICIAN was VERY RUDE/AGGRESSIVE AND INSISTENT and “WOULD NOT BACK DOWN”
According to my spouse – 2ND WIFI TECHNICIAN was VERY INSISTENT THAT HE NEEDED TO ENTER OUR APARTMENT
According to my spouse – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER – who lives downstairs next to SGT and PPT – came out of her apartment AFTER HEARING THE HEATED INTERACTION BETWEEN MY SPOUSE AND THE 2ND WIFI TECHNICIAN to check on the commotion –
According to my spouse – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER advised the 2ND WIFI TECHNICIAN that we had already had A WIFI TECHNICIAN COME OUT AND WAS IN OUR APARTMENT EARLIER THAT WEEK AND OUR ISSUE HAD BEEN RESOLVED-
According to my spouse – the APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER advised the 2ND WIFI TECHNICIAN that he needed to comply with my spouse’s request and leave the property
My spouse left for work shortly after the interaction
Almost immediately after my spouse left I received a text message from him at 1:30PM –
“You keep the door locked once he leaves…that dudes sitting in his little truck all pissed off looking in the alley” – it was a little confusing because I thought he already left – but I got the gist of what he meant.
Around 1PM – I received a call from the WIFI PROVIDER advising me that the TECHNICIAN was on their way –
I tried to call the WIFI PROVIDER back but I couldn’t get through to a representative – so I texted FIXED – in response to the text for the appointment that day to advise the WIFI PROVIDER that we did not need the TECHNICIAN to come
1:38PM – the APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER came back to fix/re-patch the hole that had been cut in our ceiling
The APARTMENT PROPERTY’S MAINTENANCE MANAGER NEVER RE-ROUTED THE WIRE (as requested by the WIFI TECHNICIAN) TO THE DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT AND LEFT IT LOOSE IN OURS hanging from our ceiling – DESPITE THE FACT that I made sure to remind him AGAIN of the request made by the WIFI TECHNICIAN FROM OUR WIFI PROVIDER
4:06PM – I received another text from the WIFI PROVIDER to advise me that the “appointment had been changed/updated to 9/28/24 between 1PM & 5PM”
4:08PM – I responded FIXED
4:08PM – Received response – glad its fixed
4:20PM – Received text from the WIFI PROVIDER “TECHNICIAN will arrive 9/28/2024 between 1PM & 5PM”
4:21PM – I respond FIXED – this time the text message reflected a “read” receipt
4:21PM – Received one last text – glad its working
