Bonus Update Episode After 1 year
After more than a year away from recording
I’m returning with a long-overdue bonus update episode.
What was supposed to be a six-month break from the Midlife Misery podcast – became something far longer — and far more serious — than anticipated.
In this episode I explain why the break extended well beyond my original timeline.
Since the last episode, I have continued pursuing my pro per self-representation in Family Court
While simultaneously filing formal regulatory complaints against the Tobias Funke of Therapists – my EX BFF and mental health professional involved in my February 2024 involuntary psychiatric hold
I have also filed a complaint against the attorney who used my stolen private psychiatric records to prepare and argue during court proceedings.
I have also filed a complaint against the ORIGINAL JUDGE that is no longer the presiding judge in my ONGONG dissolution case
In a significant development – that SAME judge subsequently entered a federal guilty plea for fraud involving fabricated medical evaluations — the same type of documentation my EX and my EX BFF – Allegedly – used against ME
I’ve documented the escalating incidents of physical harassment at my home – that seem to her home coinciding with the filing of those complaints,
I’ve logged and photographed many of these incidents this webpage
I share new details from my ongoing medical records review, including records from the mental health facility that accepted my transfer during her 5150 hold —
That facility is now under county investigation —
I speak about the continued absence of the telehealth records that APPEAR TO BE the deciding factor in my involuntary detention
I cover the Mandatory Settlement Conference exchange in which AFD admitted on the record to providing MY private psychiatric records to AFD’s divorce attorney,
I also talk about how AFD’s attorney QUESTIONED ME directly about whether I believed MY OWN legally binding medical records
Topics covered include:
Pro per family court self-representation,
5150 involuntary psychiatric hold law,
HIPAA violations,
Medical records access rights,
Judicial misconduct,
Mail fraud,
Spousal support imputation, and
Institutional conflicts of interests in County behavioral health governance
