My #1 Fan has been actively assisting my EX with his gathering and preparation of the financial documents he’s been providing to the court during our divorce. The very important detail – the difference between a Line of Credit and a Deposit Account – is not something that either my EX or my #1 Fan seem to know and it might just work in my favor – sometimes we learn lessons a little too lateAnother thing I mention to my #1 Fan is the legal issues that My EX might run into IF it is revealed that my EX is allowing an individual to access and review OUR joint bank and financial accounts, and that individual is not a Forensic Accountant.
